At DuRoBo, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your DuRoBo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Securely pack the electronic component in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
